Claudia Greninger

Claudia Greninger is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Medifast. Mrs. Greninger joined the company in 2019 as Executive Vice President, Human Resources and was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in 2023. She has over 20 years of experience in Global Human Resources, with deep expertise in the areas of change management, compensation design, global mobility and employee engagement across various industries. She was previously with Laureate Education as Vice President, Human Resources supporting the Global Corporate offices with over 5,000 employees worldwide where she served for more than 10 years. Prior to that, she has held positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Citigroup and DoubleClick.
