Medifast to Announce Third Quarter Results on Monday, November 15th

Medifast, Inc. announced today that it will release third quarter financial results for the period ended September 30, 2004 on Monday, November 15 after the market closes. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast at 4:30 PM EST.
