Medifast to Announce First Quarter Results on Wednesday May 12th

Medifast, Inc. announced today that it will release first quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2004 on Wednesday, May 12 after the market closes. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast at 4:30 PM EDT.
