In the news release, Medifast Reports Record First Quarter Revenues, issued earlier today by Medifast, Inc. over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that the following have changed: the sub-headline should read "Advertising Initiatives Lead to 25% Increase in Domestic Sales" rather than "27%"; the first paragraph, second sentence should read "or a 5.5% increase versus the period ended March 31, 2003 when the Company had revenues of approximately $6.35 million" rather than "or a 7.2% increase versus the period ended March 31, 2003 when the Company had revenues of approximately $6.25 million"; and the second paragraph, first sentence, should read "domestic sales increased by $1.3 million, or 25%" rather than "domestic sales increased by $1.4 million, or 27%" as originally issued inadvertently.
