Medifast to Announce Fourth Quarter and Year-end Results on Monday, March 15th

Medifast, Inc. announced today that it will release fourth quarter and year-end financial results for the period ended December 31, 2003 on Monday, March 15th after the market closes. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast later that day to announce the results.
