Medifast to Report Second Quarter Financial Results on August 14th; Company to Discuss Results on August 15th Conference Call

Medifast, Inc. announced today that it will release second quarter financial results for the period ended June 30, 2003 on Thursday, August 14, 2003 after the market closes. Company executives will hold a conference call to discuss these results on Friday, August 15 at 9 a.m. EDT.
