Medifast, Inc. announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and year end financial results for the period ended December 31, 2002 on Tuesday, March 4th after the market closes. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast at 4:30 p.m. ET that day to discuss its results and outlook for 2003. Bradley T. MacDonald, Medifast's President and Chief Executive Officer, will host the call.
